Cancellation Policy
1. Online Consultation Services: • Payment and Cancellation: All fees for online consultation services are due in full upon booking and are strictly non-refundable. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment 24 hours' prior notice. Late notice may result in the forfeiture of the service fee. 2. Offline Services: • Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an offline service appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
